This 1980s building that extends over two floors, creating a connective space for workers was key. Welcoming workers and clients into the space, flowing through the building, creating links into other workspaces. Characteristic wood adds warmth to the workspace, grounding the people who work through and spend time in this building. An amazing part of the creative process was investigating what the employers wanted in their work environment, work culture and work styles, which shines through in the design of the space, including spaces for community, eating, alone time, work calls and privacy.
