"These were the keywords providing inspiration for the Queenstown Hill renovation. The holiday home needed an extensive facelift, and it was a great opportunity to do something out of the box. We wanted to design a home that had texture, contrast, and warm, ambient lighting to create a bunker-like feeling. VidaSpace Reclaimed Wood panelling was the perfect option for the walls and ceiling, as it has so much character coming from recycled North American barns. This was complemented with a lovely dark VidaPlank Obsidian oak herringbone floor, which just elevated the space even more."
