Inside, the warm grey European Oak engineered timber flooring runs throughout, adding a natural warmth and cohesion to the modern interior. The villa's high ceilings and simple layout have been preserved, while the home offers updated features like a wine cellar, and media room. The open-plan living space flows to an outdoor fire area and swimming pool, a perfect mix of heritage and modernism.
